together with one of guatemala´s bigger real estate developers, comosa, and local branding agency, eikon, we are developing the interior concept for their latest development in hip + trendy zone 4 in guatemala city.

we are designing concept, look, feel, materials and layouts for their (micro) studio apartments, lobby and all social areas, including a gorgeous roof terrace on the 10th floor, overlooking guatemala´s creative urban zone.
